  • Initial 30 minute consultation to understand your background and goals
  • Look at what training you like to do, how you can fit it into your week
  • Help with goal setting
  • Review your past training
  • Bespoke training plan delivered through Final Surge
  • Regular online feedback on your training and training plan adjustments as we go
  • periodic 1:1 review at the end of each training block

All 1:1 sessions can be held via video call or face to face if you’re close enough to Stroud, UK.
